Due to the rising popularity Pokemon Cards were soon distributed firstly in Japan by November 1996 and by March 1997 over 3 million Pokemon Trading Card Games had been sold. Over the next couple of years the craze of Pokemon Cards spread worldwide and has continued to be popular right up until this day being collected by kids and adult collectors alike.
